SnapNote Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Google Play'de Codenzi Labs yayıncı adıyla faaliyet gösteren ve geliştirici Baki Tunçer ("biz", "bize" veya "bizim") tarafından geliştirilen SnapNote ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasını kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini ve korunduğunu açıklamaktadır. Gizliliğiniz ve verilerinizin kontrolü bizim için en yüksek önceliktir.

Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan prensipleri anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.

2. Temel Felsefemiz: Verileriniz Sadece Sizin Kontrolünüzde

Snapnote, gizlilik odaklı bir tasarıma sahiptir. Uygulama, kişisel verilerinizi (notlar, resimler, ses kayıtları vb.) kendi sunucularımıza toplamaz, göndermez, satmaz veya analiz etmez. Verilerinizin tamamı, aşağıda açıklanan istisnalar dışında, yalnızca kendi cihazınızın güvenli depolama alanında saklanır.

3. Veri İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebepler

Uygulamanın düzgün çalışması için bazı veriler, tamamen sizin kontrolünüzde ve cihazınız üzerinde işlenir:

  • Not İçerikleriniz: Metinler, kontrol listeleri, resim ve ses dosyası yolları gibi veriler, uygulamanın temel not alma işlevini yerine getirmek amacıyla "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması" hukuki sebebine dayanarak cihazınızda yerel olarak işlenir.
  • İsteğe Bağlı Google Drive Yedeklemesi: Verilerinizi korumak ve cihazlarınız arasında senkronize etmek için, tamamen sizin açık rızanız ve talebiniz üzerine, notlarınızı ve ayarlarınızı kendi kişisel Google Drive hesabınıza yedekleyebilirsiniz. Bu işlem sırasında verileriniz, yalnızca sizin Google hesabınıza ait olan ve başka uygulamaların erişemediği özel bir "Uygulama Verileri" klasörüne (`appDataFolder`) yüklenir. Bu verilere bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Yedekleme işlemi, "açık rızanız" hukuki sebebine (KVKK Madde 5/1) dayanır.
  • Uygulama Güvenlik Verileri (Parola): Uygulama kilidi özelliğini aktif ettiğinizde belirlediğiniz parola, aşağıda detaylandırıldığı gibi yüksek güvenlikli şifreleme yöntemleriyle (SHA-256 Hash + Salt) cihazınızda saklanır. Bu işlem, "veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri" hukuki sebebine (KVKK Madde 5/2-f) dayanır.
  • Cihaz İzinleri: Uygulama, temel işlevlerini yerine getirmek için belirli izinlere ihtiyaç duyar. Bu izinler, yalnızca siz ilgili özelliği aktif olarak kullandığınızda istenir ve verilerinizi toplamak için değil, yalnızca o anki işlevi yerine getirmek amacıyla kullanılır:
    • Mikrofon (`RECORD_AUDIO`): Sesli not kaydı veya sesi metne çevirme özelliğini kullandığınızda istenir.
    • Kamera (`CAMERA`): Nota eklemek için fotoğraf çekmek istediğinizde istenir.
    • İnternet (`INTERNET`): İsteğe bağlı Google Drive yedekleme/geri yükleme özelliğini kullanmanız için gereklidir.

4. Parola Güvenliği ve Sorumluluk

Verilerinizin güvenliği en büyük önceliğimizdir. Bu kapsamda, sektördeki en iyi uygulamaları benimseyerek aşağıdaki teknik tedbirleri uyguluyoruz:

  • Kriptografik Parola Koruması: Parolanız asla düz metin olarak saklanmaz. Geri döndürülemez olan SHA-256 hash algoritması ve her parola için özel oluşturulan rastgele bir "Tuz (Salt)" tekniği ile şifrelenir. Bu şifrelenmiş veri, Android'in en yüksek güvenlikli depolama mekanizması olan `EncryptedSharedPreferences` içerisinde saklanır.

ÖNEMLİ UYARI: Kullandığımız bu ileri düzey şifreleme tekniği, parolanızın kurtarılamaz olduğu anlamına gelir. Biz dahil hiç kimse, unuttuğunuz bir parolayı sıfırlayamaz, kurtaramaz veya size bildiremez. Parolanızın ve Google Drive'a yedeklenmiş şifreli verilerinizin sorumluluğu tamamen size aittir. Parolanızı unutmanız durumunda, şifre ile korunan notlarınıza ve yedeklerinize erişiminizi kalıcı olarak kaybedebilirsiniz.

5. Veri Saklama ve İmha Politikası

Sildiğiniz notlar, yanlışlıkla silmeye karşı bir önlem olarak 30 gün boyunca cihazınızdaki "Çöp Kutusu"nda tutulur. Bu süre sonunda, veriler geri döndürülemez şekilde otomatik olarak kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu otomatik silme işlemi, cihazınızın arka planda görev çalıştırma ayarlarına bağlı olarak günde bir kez tetiklenir.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız genel kullanıcı kitlesini hedeflemektedir ve 13 yaşın (veya ilgili ülkelerdeki eşdeğer yasal yaş sınırının) altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Eğer bir ebeveyn veya vasi olarak, çocuğunuzun bu politika hilafına bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, derhal bizimle iletişime geçin.

7. Veri Sahibi Olarak Haklarınız (KVKK Madde 11)

Verileriniz cihazınızda yerel olarak saklandığı için, bu verilere erişim, bunları düzeltme, silme ve yönetme yetkisi tamamen sizdedir. Bununla birlikte, kanun kapsamındaki haklarınız ve politikamızla ilgili sorularınız için yukarıda belirtilen e-posta adresimiz üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

SnapNote Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed and protected when you use the SnapNote ("Application") mobile application, developed by developer Baki Tunçer under the publisher name Codenzi Labs ("we", "us", or "our") on Google Play. Your privacy and control over your data are our highest priorities.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you declare that you understand and accept the principles described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Our Core Philosophy: Your Data is Under Your Control

SnapNote is designed with a privacy-first approach. The Application does not collect, send, sell, or analyze your personal data (notes, images, voice recordings, etc.) on our servers. All of your data, with the exceptions explained below, is stored solely in the secure storage area of your own device.

3. Purposes of Data Processing and Legal Bases

For the proper functioning of the Application, some data is processed entirely under your control and on your device:

  • Your Note Content: Data such as texts, checklists, and paths to image and audio files are processed locally on your device based on the legal ground of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" to fulfill the core note-taking functionality of the Application.
  • Optional Google Drive Backup: To protect your data and sync it across devices, you can back up your notes and settings to your personal Google Drive account, based entirely on your explicit consent and request. During this process, your data is uploaded to a special "Application Data" folder (`appDataFolder`) in your Google account, which is inaccessible to other applications. We do not have access to this data. The backup process relies on the legal basis of your "explicit consent".
  • Application Security Data (Password): When you activate the application lock feature, the password you set is stored on your device using high-security encryption methods (SHA-256 Hash + Salt), as detailed below. This process is based on the "legitimate interests of the data controller" legal ground.
  • Device Permissions: The Application requires certain permissions to perform its core functions. These permissions are requested only when you actively use the corresponding feature and are used solely for that function, not for data collection:
    • Microphone (`RECORD_AUDIO`): Requested when you use the voice note recording or speech-to-text feature.
    • Camera (`CAMERA`): Requested when you want to take a photo to add to a note.
    • Internet (`INTERNET`): Required for you to use the optional Google Drive backup/restore functionality.

4. Password Security and Your Responsibility

The security of your data is our top priority. We implement the following technical measures by adopting industry best practices:

  • Cryptographic Password Protection: Your password is never stored in plain text. It is encrypted with the irreversible SHA-256 hash algorithm and a random "Salt" technique generated specifically for each password. This encrypted data is stored in `EncryptedSharedPreferences`, one of Android's most secure storage mechanisms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This advanced encryption technique means that your password is unrecoverable. No one, including us, can reset, recover, or inform you of a forgotten password. The responsibility for your password and the encrypted data backed up to Google Drive lies entirely with you. If you forget your password, you may permanently lose access to your password-protected notes and backups.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Notes you delete are kept in the "Trash" on your device for 30 days as a precaution against accidental deletion. At the end of this period, the data is automatically and irretrievably deleted permanently. This automatic deletion is triggered once a day, depending on your device's background task execution settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent legal age in relevant countries). If you, as a parent or guardian, believe that your child has provided us with information in violation of this policy, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

As your data is stored locally on your device, the authority to access, correct, delete, and manage this data is entirely yours. However, you can contact us at the email address provided above for questions regarding your rights under the law and our policy.
